And we are not saying cell phones are UNSAFE, courtesy Battery Explosions!
We know and we have read cell
phones batteries exploded and left few injured (if not severely). Though it is
rare but it happens and we tend to forget such things easily. We all agree but
never stopped eying cell phones because it is our need. We all know
overcharging leads to overheating. And the same happened with some cell phones
which caused some injuries but still no one considers that cell phones are
dangerous and it should be regulated. Even it is not very rare to see tiny tots
playing with I phones. Then what’s the parameter of declaring dangerous!
And if electronic cigarette battery
exploded once in a while people make it so scary as if they have encountered
some nuclear bomb explosion. Just because it is a tobacco product and not a
need of everyone, it does not mean every electronic cigarette going to explode.
I know many reasons of explosions. Even on e
cigarette review forums, people have given many reasons for it. It
could be because of the use of unapproved charger or the battery is not capable
of handling the level of current produced by the said charger. Just because the
battery fits to any charger does not mean it is safe to use.
Though it is old to me as I use White Cloud Electronic Cigarette but I think electronic cigarettes are new to many. And it is always good for them to read the manual before using it (or witness explosions face media and create drama). And I advise regulators to completely ignore such issues as these are nothing but sheer ignorance of people or taken for granted attitude towards electronic appliances.
